Architecture
MBL Residence is a 42-storey square tower, which rises right on the shore of Almas West Lake. It begins with a small podium and after that the architectural ensemble of the building seeks upward thanks to the organization of windows and vertical lines running through the entire building. On top of the opposite ends of the roof, there are white trellis elements resembling a stylized colonnade. In the middle of the building, an open terrace with glass parapets decorated with green plants passes across the whole horizontal.
